Tip Top Cove Resort is a Total Family Resort located in scenic Lake Miltona, the largest lake in Douglas County. We offer modern, spacious cottages on park-like grounds. The sandy beach is good for swimming and safe for children.

Larger groups can make themselves comfortable in our vacation homes. Choose from our large reunion house located right on the water or the Birchwood Overlook home with a more private setting. If cabins aren’t your style, the lodge offers spacious suites with Jacuzzi tubs and plenty of room to unwind.
