Tip Top Cove Resort is a Total Family Resort located in scenic Lake Miltona, the largest lake in Douglas County.  We offer modern, spacious cottages on park-like grounds.  The sandy beach is good for swimming and safe for children. 

Tip Top Cove Resort offers a variety of activities for everyone in the family. Lake Miltona is noted for its excellent fishing, water sports and swimming. To make your stay more enjoyable, we offer paddle boats, game room, horseshoes, basketball, volleyball, playground equipment and fire pits. Also available for rent are boats, motors, pontoon and a jet ski.

Viking Bay Resort is a much sought after vacation getaway with its beautifully maintained gardens and grounds. Whether you want to experience bird or butterfly watching, wonder through a winding nature trail through the woods, share quiet moments with a loved one or indulge in some personal tranquility, this is the perfect place for you!

Viking Bay Resort is known for its clean and comfortable accommodations with friendly and courteous service. There are nine fully furnished housekeeping cabins, ranging from two to six bedrooms, most of which lie along the beach. The Lodge features motel rooms and two, three, or four bedroom suites, a lounge area with intimate seating arrangements, a large stone fireplace, a big screen TV, data port access, game room, laundry facilities, meeting room, and gift shop.

Viking Bay hosts anything from weddings to horticulture events. Fishing, hiking, boating, cross-country skiing and many more activities are available to the lodgers.

We welcome you to vacation with us on beautiful Lake Miltona, near Alexandria. Where the fish are abundant, the sunsets are magnificent and your deluxe cabin or vacation home awaits you. We are one of the few resorts open in the winter. Enjoy ice fishing, cross country skiing or snowmobiling in our winter wonderland. At the end of the day, a warm fire set in your fieldstone fireplace or a hot soak in the Jacuzzi will melt away the stress of everyday life and renew your spirit.

Our year round Vacation Homes are perfect for a cozy retreat over the holidays. We are open over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years!
